∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sure the quality standard as per the buyer-wise requirement
∎ Conduct in line, Pre - Final and Final Inspection of goods according to AQL
∎ Make Monthly presentations or reports
∎ Have enough knowledge of product safety issues and the zero defect concept.
∎ Follow-up product inspection
∎ Cross-check the product with the production order sheet & confirm the required quality
∎ Check Packing quality and ensure cartoon related issues before shipment
∎ Ensure QC procedure and recommend the corrective procedure
∎ Check hourly line-wise production quality and control of non - confirming goods.
∎ Monitoring all machine safety, Measurement tape, Calibration, Scissors, Cutter, Tag Gun, etc. related issue.
∎ Attend PP Meeting
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to QA Manager
∎ Ensure buyer wise compliance relevant issues
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Graduate from apparel or textile is preferable
