∎ Age 32 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure PPS/Master Samples are approved with correct tech pack or specifications prior to go for bulk production.
∎ Assess Pilot Run/Size Sets audit comments and address identifying technical issues.
∎ Attend Pre-production/Risk Analysis meeting and suggest technical solutions.
∎ Invent new methodologies/techniques and establish quality control procedures as customers specify.
∎ Follow up fit sessions and recommend corrections when needed.
∎ Review first bulk production quality and get RFT with immediate steps.
∎ Follow up daily in-process audit findings and incorporate necessary corrections with production team.
∎ Approve packing instructions.
∎ Review FOP/Show Room/Shipment samples intended to submit to customers.
∎ Coordinate in weekly shipment scheduling and call out for final inspection by customer representatives.
∎ Delegate jobs among the team handled and keep closely follow up on assigned tasks.
∎ Meet team members regularly and stimulate them to work out. Arrange training what required.
∎ Liaise with QA Manager to rule over the team.
∎ Focus on department KPIs and come up with corrective/preventive measures of closing gap at weekly QA performance review meeting with Asst. General Manager (QAD).
∎ Provide technical guidelines and be a part of the team of retaining factory efficiency with smooth production flow with correct product specifications.
