Responsibilities & Context:
∎ She/ He must be proficient in line balancing, method improvements, workplace arrangements, determining SMV and costing, maintaining workers skill inventories, target setting and should have motivational / people management skills to support production people in systemic process.
∎ Knowledge of lean manufacturing systems is also essential for this position.
∎ In case of foreign employee, candidate should have clear knowledge of Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Manpower management across factories as per cadre.
∎ Proper style loading and execution of styles meeting OTIF %.Co-ordination developments to achieve targeted efficiency.
∎ Building Flexibility and agility in operations.
∎ Developing quality SOP’s and methods to ensure the product meets customer quality parameters and requirements.
∎ Risk-analysis for upcoming styles and find best possible solutions to execute.
∎ Ensuring the available machines are utilized to its optimum capacity.
∎ Co-ordinating with utility team on uninterrupted utility services to plant.
∎ Ensuring the HR team is aligned with Company’s hiring policy while hiring.
∎ Coordinate with the team to ensure manpower availability as and when required.
∎ Discuss with the accounts and finance team on expenses and earnings on monthly basis.
∎ Understanding the reasons of losses and co-ordinate with various departments to mitigate the risks in future.
∎ Resolving issues related to fire & Safety, Building, Payroll etc.
