Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need to participate in PP meeting.
∎ Communicate with the fabric mill if the fabric has any issue.(Ex: GSM, shade variation, fabric defects etc).
∎ Follow-up fabric shrinkage status and size set correction.
∎ Give Corrective action for any Issue about cutting.
∎ Need to communicate with the cutting authority if any issue about the marker and lay height etc.
∎ Need to communicate with the Embellishment factory if any issue with embellishment.
∎ Need to review first-line output & give comments & approval.
∎ Brief the style-wise important areas/points with the relevant QA team.
∎ Follow the finishing return & audit pass rate & discuss with the relevant sewing executive.
∎ Need to discuss with merchandiser or buyer if need any approval.
∎ Provide continuous feedback about customer safety issues.
∎ If the audit fails, need to be discussed with the relevant Executive.
∎ Follow up DHU% & finishing return & get corrective action.
∎ Discuss inline findings with relevant personnel.
∎ If defect quantity (shading, measurement out etc) is more, need to discuss with relevant sewing people & get corrective action.
∎ Proper guidance & training QA-team and monitor reports.
∎ Need to monitor the process & see the opportunities to improve and discuss with top management for implementation.
