∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university
∎ Skills Required: MS Office Computer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Embellishment, ODTie dye, Pattern making, Sample Making, Wet and Dry Process Quality
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Go through customer manual to understand requirement;
∎ Participate in risk analysis and find out the risk before handover the production and train team mates on customer requirement;
∎ Collect sample production plan and make priorities which style send to customer;
∎ Follow-up all the reports before send to the customer (Measurement, GSM, Shrinkage etc.);
∎ Assist to analyze on RFT of sample;
∎ Maintain & follow-up bulk meeting with team to understand feasibility of bulk production;
∎ Provide continuous feedback, train team members and team leaders;
∎ Assist to ensure functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch base);
∎ Assist to implement KAIZEN culture and perform daily GEMBA walk with process audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience with Knit products like- Kids, Men's, Women's, Dresses;
∎ Must have work experience with M&S,TOMMY,RALPH LAUREN,G-STAR,EXPRESS,S’OLIVER buyer;
∎ Functional knowledge about the Embellishment, Wet and dry process(OD/Tie dye etc);
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
