Cutting Section, Printing and Embroidery, QUALITY ASSURANCE, SEWING
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to ensure Trims & Accessories Quality.
∎ Assist to check randomly trims & Accessories & It’s Report.
∎ Assist to highlight deviation on Trims & Accessories quality.
∎ Assist to Prepare the Shrinkage report & decide for customized marker for batch/ roll.
∎ Maintain & follow-up fabric relaxation within standard time before cutting.
∎ Follow-up & highlight any Issue about fabric.
∎ Assist to check size set & give correction on findings of Size set in pattern.
∎ Assist to follow-up randomly Check Marker for Grain Line, Ratio & all the parts are available in marker.
∎ Assist to ensure length & width is perfect with received fabric.
∎ Assist to check Spread sheet which maintains on correctly by color continuity & GSM.
∎ Give Corrective action for Cutting Problem & Spreading problem.
∎ Ensure that approved Mock up copy of Print & embroidery strike off during checking.

∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Working experience with M&S/S.Oliver/Varner buyer will get preference.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Strong technical skill is required.
∎ Should be well versed with the large knit garments factories QA system.
∎ Should have analytical ability, time management & with record of accomplishment.
∎ Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
