• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Graduation from any reputed University.

• BSc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University will get preference.

• Ability to prioritize for deadlines.

• Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).

• Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.

• Ensure Trims & Accessories Quality with relevant document.
• Prepare the Shrinkage report & decide for customized marker for batch/ Roll.
• Ensure Fabric relaxation is maintaining the standard time before cutting.
• Follow up the defective fabric with corrective action plan of Textile QA team.
• Follow up all the reports (Fabric inspection, Shade band and GSM, Shrinkage and Body to trim match)
• Root cause analysis for every problem and provide permanent solution.
• Check Marker for Grainline, Ratio & all the parts are available in marker with report, Ensure Marker Length & Width is perfect with received fabric.
• Check Spreading sheet which maintains on correct way with attaching Sticker by Color Continuity & GSM Check Report.
• Monitor the Bundling & Numbering Form maintain on correct way.
• Give Corrective action for Cutting Problem or Spreading problem.
• Check Cut Panel Audit report.
• Give Corrective Action Plan for running shade and size set in pattern.
• Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.
