Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (MPPML) one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) which involves in producing Tissue, Paper and Stationaries products (e.g. Offset Paper, Industrial Paper, Pen, Pencil, Sharpener, Eraser, Scale, etc.). Currently, we are looking for proactive and skilled professionals in MPPML's production department. The incumbents will report to the functional head for the daily duties and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the entire Delete Ink Process (DIP) plant to ensure smooth operations and adherence to established protocols.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to support the implementation of the DIP production plan, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Detect and address issues within the DIP plant processes, collaborating with the team to minimize downtime and maintain operational flow.
  • Assist in optimizing chemical use within the DIP process to ensure efficient usage, cost savings, and environmental compliance.
  • Provide timely updates to the Head of Department on production progress, challenges, and any operational improvements or concerns.
  • Ensure that safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld in the DIP plant, aligning with regulatory and company guidelines.
