Responsibilities & Context:
Attend Tech pack review meeting, comment review meeting, advise quality requirements, challenges, best practices and obtain standard in advance.
Carry out material inspection, communicate with relevant team for the abnormalities, ensure fabric and trims are acceptable standard.
Follow up the proper material relaxation procedure.
Ensure CPI accuracy and embellishment panels are as per the strike off approval.
Participate in style feeding meetings and educate the task team in the quality requirement.
Ensure data sheets/standard/pinch setting available, followed and meeting the standard and safety.
Ensure proper workmanship, measurement, Fit and customer requirements is met.
Ensure product safety as per the manuals and standards.
Follow the wash SOP, before wash/ after wash measurement, workmanship issues, defect, inspect, note and report.
