Strong understanding of Incoterms, international shipping regulations, and Bangladesh customs procedures
O Level and A Level qualified candidates will be given priority
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bengali
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities & Context:
Overseas communication with carriers, agents, vendors, and clients to coordinate shipment schedules and resolve inquiries.
Coordinate documentation for import/export clearance, ensuring compliance with Bangladesh customs regulations.
Source and negotiate competitive rates with shipping lines, airlines, and inland transport providers.
Track shipments, monitor KPIs, and prepare performance reports for management review.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce transit times and costs.
Liaise with warehouse teams to manage cargo receipt, storage, and dispatch.
Handle customer escalations, dispute resolutions, and claims processing in a timely manner.
Support cross-departmental projects, including system integrations.
