∎ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lighter Vessels loading – unloading operations.
∎ Budgeting Diesel & Lubricating Oil for Lighter Vessels movement.
∎ Strong monitor Lighter Vessels movement regularly.
∎ Status of Lighter Vessels and arrangement for allocation.
∎ Maintain and monitor Voyage logbook, diesel & lubricating oil consumption.
∎ Repair & Maintenance requirement collection from Master/Driver in coordination with relevant parties.
∎ Monitor attendance & leave etc. for Lighter Vessels crew.
∎ Maintaining lighter vessels safety & firefighting equipment as per relevant regulations.
∎ Maintain liaison with head office officials on regular basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
