- Work experience with Washing Factory will get preference.
- The incumbent should have at least 3 years work experience in merchandising with large knit garments - Wash.
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.
Fixation Costing, Negotiate and Settle Price for Maximizing Profitability and Maintaining Customers Satisfaction.
End to end responsibility in the process of business development, Order execution.
Garments price settlement coordinating with Marketing & Merchandising Team.
Forecast order placement time and volume based on the communication with the customer for garments items.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and production, to align marketing efforts.
Engage with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences, gather feedback on our garment wash services, and identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools, and make data-driven & recommendations for optimization and improvement.
