Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Technical Skills:
- IP networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Fiber/wireless technologies (GPON, P2P, P2MP).
- Clear understanding of OSI model , VLSM, CIDR, NAT,PAT etc.
- Capability to work under pressure and good adaptability and quick learning ability is always preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to work in night shifts (24/7 roster).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor network performance (bandwidth, uptime, latency) using tools like Zabbix, MRTG, PRTG.
- Troubleshoot ISP network issues (routing, switching, fiber, wireless) with a focus on MikroTik routers.
- Configure/maintain MikroTik devices (RB series, CCR) for NAT, BGP, MPLS, VPN, QoS, VLAN and firewall policies.
- Coordinate with field teams for fault resolution and maintenance.
- Communicate with NTT
- Document network changes, network diagram, incidents, and RCA reports.
