Age Limit: Up to 32 years (Relaxed for experienced and qualified candidates)

To cope up with the business growth and to accommodate business requirements, we are looking for competent, enthusiastic, energetic, innovative, qualified and responsible professional for our Legal, Regulatory & QMS team.
Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka.
Filling and handling CR Cases/GR Cases, Civil Cases on behalf of the Company and maintain liaison with the Law Enforcing Agency.
Follow-up all cases running country wide and response when needed. Time to time communicate with the concerned external lawyers and keep up date of the case status.
Dealing with land related works (land documents vetting, Prepare deeds, Land registration, Mutation, Support finance department for mortgage etc.)
Handling issues related with misappropriation of employee, Labor disputes and other legal disputes of the Company.
Drafting and Vetting Lease Agreements, Supply Agreements, Service Agreements, Security Service Agreements, Manufacturing Agreement, Cleaning Service Agreements, Agency Agreement, Vehicle Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements etc.
Handling motorcycle /vehicle theft, accident, fire insurance claim related issues with the Insurance Company on behalf of the Company.
Planning and working with the team for each and every legal issues of the Company according to the direction of the Management.
Any other assignment assigned by the Management.
