Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Iso 17025 accreditation process to help laboratory manager;
∎ Responsible for lab machine calibration process;
∎ Responsible for carton, paper testing assessment like ECT, bursting of paper, compression testing, Cobb testing, box drop testing;
∎ Assist in preparing of following test conducted as ISO, TAPPI, ISTA, AATCC, ASTM D and M&S, PVH, Puma, C&A, Next, J-crew, Target Australia approved method;
∎ Follow the instruction on testing to ensure good laboratory practice;
∎ Maintain high quality standards in testing;
∎ Monitoring all data keeping properly during test and maintain register;
∎ Monitoring test according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and buyer requirements;
∎ Perform exceptional physical and chemical tests as per TRF on raw materials, in process samples or finished products;
∎ Ensure thar standard operating procedures and safety regulations are followed;
∎ Generate and deliver report to concern department through mail;
∎ Responsible for general cleanliness of the lab;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of ISO 17025 is required.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ The applicants should have minimum experience in the following area(s): Paper,Poly,Carton,Elastic,Care Label,Twill Tape testing.
