Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Accessories, Garments Industry, Label and Patch items, Technical Knowledge in Heat Transfer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality production of label; Heat Transfer label & Patch as per plan;
∎ Develop different type of sample and follow-up on time delivery;
∎ Ensure Oeko-Tex Certification process for label; Heat Transfer Label & patch and keep documentation for the same;
∎ Ensure raw materials availability on-time in production floor and on-time delivery of finished goods;
∎ Ensure production premises as per required standard;
∎ Set pricing of different types and measurement of Labels; Heat Transfer Label & Patch;
∎ Follow up Customer's complain regarding product & solve the same;
∎ Ensure the maitenance of required MIS;
∎ Monitor, lead, direct, appraise & trained-up subordinates;
∎ Follow-up customer's regarding layout design of Label ,Heat Trasfer Label & Patch;
∎ Follow-up regarding,Image Setup (Negative Positive making ) Blok making;Screen making and Mold making;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 28 years

∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities

∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
∎ Must have market knowledge related to garments accessories
