Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure requirement analysis, system design & development, ERP & ERD support, forms & report design in Oracle and Oracle Apex.
Manage help-desk and provide remote support for users. Work on custom forms, report on oracle environment according to requirement.
Ensure report building, account period closing, general ledger or any finance module related account solving.
Effectively communicate business insights and plan to cross-functional team members and management.
Compile product related informations and make relevant changes to company objectives.
Liaison with other department to understand the demand of reports and documentation.
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to the technical team or manager.
Assist in promoting the best practices in the development of information systems.
Planning, designing and maintenance of network system, hardware, application, database, storage and security system.
Communicate and co-ordinate with vendors regarding different types of IT products and service issues.
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
Perform initial design reviews and recommend improvements.
Any other duties within this role assigned by the management if and when required basis.
