PGD/Certification in SCM is preferred.

Skills Required: Knowledge of Customs Regulations,On-Time Shipment

Responsibilities & Context:
Sourcing materials from foreign countries.
Analyzing requirements and evaluating each alternative.
Ensuring proper documentation processes.
Archiving all necessary LC (Letter of Credit) documents.
Maintaining strategic sourcing relationships and developing strong partnerships.
Ensuring the ongoing feasibility of existing suppliers.
Controlling the procurement budget.Promoting a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
Scheduling the delivery of materials and following up with C&F (Clearing and Forwarding).
Communicating with the Finance team regarding payments and financial issues.
