Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare SMV and update SMV database based on method improvement
∎ Participate to Risk analysis and PP meeting to identify the risk of all new styles
∎ Setup target according to sewing line input to optimize resources and efficiency
∎ Follow-up workload of Print & Embroidery are equally balanced and human utilization
∎ Work with Cutting Section for cut panel to maintain sewing line feeding on time
∎ Follow-up all bulk Print & Embroidery methods when production is running
∎ Maintain the budgeted manpower that are allotted in each team. (Print & Embroidery Section).
∎ Calculate wastage percentage of chemical and accessories.
∎ Setup processes and process targets in Print & Embroidery to monitor output.
∎ Take skill test of operator according to evaluation procedure & update skill matrix.
∎ Implement and maintain EOS.
∎ Save SMV by introducing new method development & innovation.
∎ Communicate with respective Cross Functional Teams on corrective actions of any failure finds in above processes.
∎ Inform Assistant Manager-IE to get action if any discrepancies happen.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ at least 1 years work experience in Industrial Engineering with large knit garments
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
