Execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities (URS, VP, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, PQ, VSR, etc.)
Ensure all computerized systems comply with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, ALCOA+ data integrity principles, and applicable WHO, MHRA, and PIC/S guidelines.
Manage data backup, archiving, and disaster recovery processes
Handle user management, system access controls, and logbook maintenance
Maintain time synchronization (NTP) across all systems; verify time and logs
Perform risk assessments and manage change control, deviations, and CAPAs
Support internal/external audits and act as SMEs for system-related inspections
Prepare ICT SOPs related to CSV, data backup, access control, and time sync
Conduct user training on CSV processes, ICT SOPs and data integrity principles
Provide operational support for LabSolutions, Empower CDS, BMS, EMS, SCADA, HMI, and all other software/firmware-based systems used in laboratory and production equipment
