Responsibilities & Context:
Handling grievance mechanism
Prepare training calendar & conduct training for workers
Assist to maintain daily attendance of employee
Build relationship with associates to develop moral culture in work place.
Aware associates about their rights & responsibility.
Assist in HR activities.
