Bangladesh Specialized Hospital PLC (BSH) is looking for an experienced Senior Executive for HR & Administration. This position will lead the Organization Development initiatives, manage HR policies, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will also oversee HR software integration, payroll verification, and corporate SIM card management, while assisting with recruitment and handling various administrative tasks as required by the management.
Job Description:
Leading the development and implementation of HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other organizational policies.
Acting as the primary liaison between the HR department, software company, and the ICT department to manage the HR software module efficiently.
Cross-checking the payroll to ensure accuracy between manual records and software-generated data.
Managing the corporate SIM card operations, including monthly recharges and payments.
Assisting in the recruitment and selection process for new hires.
Preparing official documents such as note sheets, office orders, and other administrative communications when necessary.
Performing additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department or management as needed.
