Job Description
The Director of Medical Services will be responsible for providing high-level strategic and operational leadership to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of all medical services within the hospital. The incumbent will work closely with the senior management team to implement medical policies and programs that enhance patient care and meet the hospital's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all medical service departments to ensure clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Develop and implement medical strategies, policies, and quality standards in line with national and international best practices.
