Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:

Learning & Development:

  • Assist in identifying training needs through job analysis and discussions with managers.
  • Organize training programs, workshops, and technical training, using internal or external resources.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness through participation rates, feedback, and skill assessments.
  • Update & maintain HR records pertaining to L&D.

HR Systems & Data Management:

  • Manage HR databases and HRIS while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Keep organizational charts updated and aligned with employee records.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining HR systems to support business needs.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
  • Analyze engagement metrics (e.g., retention, satisfaction surveys) and recommend improvements.

HR Operations & Strategy:

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support HR strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Assist in performance management, including KPI/KRA setup and year-end reviews.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions to ensure role clarity and prevent redundancy.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
  • Work with regional HR teams to ensure smooth execution of hiring processes.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with group HR on HR-related tasks.
  • Handle additional duties assigned by reporting managers.
