Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities & Context: Learning & Development:
- Assist in identifying training needs through job analysis and discussions with managers.
- Organize training programs, workshops, and technical training, using internal or external resources.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through participation rates, feedback, and skill assessments.
- Update & maintain HR records pertaining to L&D.
HR Systems & Data Management:
- Manage HR databases and HRIS while ensuring data accuracy.
- Keep organizational charts updated and aligned with employee records.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR systems to support business needs.
- Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
- Analyze engagement metrics (e.g., retention, satisfaction surveys) and recommend improvements.
HR Operations & Strategy:
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Support HR strategies that align with company objectives.
- Assist in performance management, including KPI/KRA setup and year-end reviews.
- Maintain and update job descriptions to ensure role clarity and prevent redundancy.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Work with regional HR teams to ensure smooth execution of hiring processes.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with group HR on HR-related tasks.
- Handle additional duties assigned by reporting managers.
