Responsibilities & Context:
Lead productivity improvement initiatives across production lines and factories.
Ensure effective line balancing to optimize output and reduce bottlenecks.
Establish and validate SMVs for new styles and repeat programs.
Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, and Planning teams to ensure realistic production targets.
Identify opportunities for labor, process, and layout optimization to reduce cost.
Guide factory IE teams on best practices, tools, and standard methodologies.
Track KPIs including efficiency, output, absenteeism impact, and downtime.
