∎ Achieve monthly Plan to Performance (Pieces) of Embroidery.
∎ Meet the budgeted On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
∎ Attain the Customer Quality Index (CQI) target.
∎ Encourage the development of a culture that embraces Kaizen.
