Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for performing in Confirmation Color LAB.
∎ Sound Knowledge about Dyestuff Criteria & right shade match maintain the time frame.
∎ Work on daily production report & Data analysis on RFT%.
∎ Find out the Root Cause against any fail & make corrective action to save the time.
∎ Should have strong capability of team works with the team member.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization Man, Machine & Materials to achieve daily target.
∎ Maintained Compliance issues properly by identifying the hazard.
∎ Ensure correct recipe prediction maintained right combination, cost & quality parameters.
∎ Ensure Right Color match by minimum attempt.
∎ Should have enough knowledge on Spectrophotometer machine.
∎ Reducing cost to ensure higher LAB to BULK RFT%.
