∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Proactive, Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills are required;
∎ Focus on Data driven approach;
∎ Team oriented, collaboration & relationship management;
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow-up & Set up the machine parameters according;
∎ Assist to formulate a standard recipe for the finishing chemicals as per requirement;
∎ Give a continuous guidance to the supervisors for machine utilization and fabric specification;
∎ Give solution if any problem arise with fabric and discuses with reporting officer for better solution;
∎ Ensure that all lab test reports (shrinkage, spirality, fastness etc.) are recorded in batch monitoring as per requirement;
∎ Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the area as assign by ensuring employees involvement;
∎ Monitor the production to complete within required time;
∎ Check that all safety and right operation of the machine are followed by the team;
∎ Co-ordinate with dyeing, quality assurance, laboratory and others department;
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower and minimize the rejection of fabric;
∎ Monitor that the man, machine & materials are properly used & Plan for machine servicing with maintenance department.
