Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for finishing feeding to get the right quality first time
∎ Monitor and control finishing quality system
∎ Inspects machinery to detect malfunction and directs repair or replacement parts
∎ Follow up day to day target work
∎ Act as the coordinator among the different departments for ensuring continual production
∎ Act as a team leader for betterment of product, process, resources as well as environment
∎ Make a good plan to finish the product by considering urgency, smooth running of production line as well as production nature discussing with Manager
∎ Coordination with quality control section and finishing section for any kind of fault is generating during processing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits
∎ Ability to manage in finishing & packing with good results
∎ Strong production leadership with problems solving skills
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities
