Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Buyers, RMG and Merchandising Team to create a common understanding on the technical aspect for fabric products and Approval;
∎ Ensure maximum utilization and reduced wastage of delivered fabric from textile to RMG;
∎ Short out and negotiate with RMG on the usage of fabric having non rectifiable defect;
∎ Address RMG’s complaints by communicating with related departments and give Communicate with RMG and ensure same understanding of the fabric limitation which is agreed from the buyer;
∎ Create a strong awareness and understanding in RMG on the technical aspect of newly developed fabric design;
∎ Counter check and give final decision on the accepted tolerance level of buyer’s fabric quality to avoid excessive cut panel rejection;
∎ Communicate to Textile production & operation in case of urgency on requirement of justifiable excess fabric after delivery of defective batches.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Working experience in large knit textile factory as fabrics technologist.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
