Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and communicate strategic goals.
∎ Manage relationships with key stakeholders
∎ Implement initiatives and processes to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals
∎ Serve as a resource for other team members, based on a strong working knowledge of team's responsibilities and goals
∎ Develop leaders for succession
∎ Manage escalated issues and provide direction.
∎ Work in collaboration with direct reports to establish Individual Development Plans.
∎ Function as a consultant and business partner to other organizations within the group.
∎ Serve as an acting backup to other leaders, providing leadership, guidance and direction to team members in the absence of the leader
∎ Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other business units
∎ Prepare and present reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
∎ Solid research, data reporting and analysis skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office – specially in Excel.
∎ Having knowledge in relational database
∎ Prior experience in garments (a plus)
∎ Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others
∎ Great relationship builder with internal managers and their staff
∎ Good prioritization and organizational skills
∎ Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
∎ Willing to work extended hours.
