Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institution (UGC Approved)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical Maintenance, Good knowledge of machine maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Maintaining preventive & breakdown maintenance at factory for all Utility & Process machineries related in the Hanger& Sizer section, Poly Carton, & HMEL and crushing section.
∎ To prepare the maintenance schedule for factory all process and utility machinery.
∎ Follow up factory compliance related miscellaneous duties.
∎ Coordinate and correspond to procurement department to obtain required spare parts on due time.
∎ To take immediate action for breakdown machine maintenance.
∎ Plan, develop and implementation of Maintenance schedule for sound operation of Machines (Injection molding, other supporting machines, mold, generators etc.) in factory.
∎ Plan, develop and monitor of Utility section (Gas, Water and Power) for smooth production in the factory.
∎ Co-operation with other department managers so as to understand all necessary aspect and needs and act accordingly for smooth operation in the factory.
∎ Ensure activities integrated with organizational requirements for quality management, safety and environmental policy issue. Prepare reports, training and other documents for external and internal audits.

∎ Capable in people handling and ensuring maintenance and related areas activities with scheduled time.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiations and problem solving skills.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must
