∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:

Electrical Maintenance, Installation and Maintenance, Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule & follow-up Team wise Assembly:
∎ Observing the assembly is performed with a view to provide solution for the current problematic issues.
∎ Engage each & every departmental maintenance team to the assembly practice.
∎ Strictly Follow-up to maintain & develop the culture of mentoring from the team leader in assembly points.
∎ Scheduling of all Machines “Preventive Maintenance” & thus assign the Engineers:
∎ Designing of schedule of preventive maintenance & guideline to maintenance.
∎ Set the machine wise “Maintenance history keeping” for proper maintenance according to the machine’s nature.
∎ Assign the team members with date/ time to perform & report for “Preventive Maintenance”.
∎ and other electrical/ mechanical machines.
∎ Look for production shift wise demand or call slip.
∎ Record the demanded service in Call Slip record format.
∎ Make schedule for troubleshooting with the assigning of technicians.
∎ Maintain the repair solution with the service of workshop.
∎ Take decision to hold machine operation if necessary in regards of mold repair or change.
∎ Supervise overall heating system & mold maintenance with Engineer.
∎ Supervise to ensure supply of tools & equipment developed by workshop:
∎ Follow up the tools demand from the various work station & engage engineers to do so.
∎ Ensure properly supply from your end to the work station.
∎ Make sure the following tools & equipment’s are supplied such as- Cam, Cylinder’s spares, telescopic rod, pipe threat, sprow-bush, hot runner nozzles, hot runner tips etc.
∎ Direct the team to develop, upgrade & newly design spare- parts & equipment as per customers demand.
∎ Cross check all submission of work order to the group work shop (unit-3) with proper record & follow-up for the work progression.
∎ Proper managing of time by proving Opportunity Maintenance like in- Utility Support, Power Consumption & Supply related support.
∎ Comparison statement submission for new machine, spare parts as a foreign purchase issue.
∎ New Machine installation purpose BOQ (Budget over Quantity) submission.
