Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Block wise manpower balancing & accurate daily target setting
∎ Identify bottleneck and aligning accurate methods to improve the capacity
∎ Check machine layout diagrams and make correction
∎ Line feeding follow up to ensure zero feeding
∎ Monitor hourly production to ensure daily target
∎ Monitoring loss time and take corrective action
∎ Block wise weekly plan preparation
∎ Organize and conduct weekly feeding meeting
∎ Maintain skill inventory and verify production bonus accuracy
∎ Check capacity study and SMV correction where applicable
