Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from a reputed university, preferably in MIS, Business Disciplines or Statistics.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Analyze problems and discover the best ways to solve them, Business Analysis, Business intelligence, Data Analysis, MIS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Newspaper/Magazine, Online Newspaper/ News Portal
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Transform data into insight that can help to improve the value of the business
∎ Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
∎ Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
∎ Record data, develop and maintain multiple databases related to circulation, print and digital advertisement, and contents
∎ Check data health of different databases and take corrective actions as and when necessary
∎ Process and analyze large volume of data
∎ Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports by analyzing primary and secondary data
∎ Conduct qualitative and quantitative surveys and collect relevant information from the market
∎ Work closely with team members and provide support to other departmental functions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Excellent command over MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
∎ Experience in similar position will get preference
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
∎ Ability to work both as a team and independently
∎ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
∎ Proper knowledge on business policies and regulations
∎ Strong management and leadership skills
∎ Must have good verbal and written communication skill in Bengali and English
Salary: Negotiable
