Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
∎ Excellent knack on green screen, visual effects and mobile & desktop formats·
∎ Strong understanding of file management, archiving and copyrights.
∎ Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling through visuals.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Professional training certificates on video editing or storytelling will be an advantage·
∎ A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Flexibility to work on weekends or after hours, if necessary.
∎ Passion for media and a keen interest in current events and storytelling.
∎ Minimum 2 years” of experience as a video editor in a media or creative agency.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, website, and special projects·
∎ Collaborate with the multimedia team to plan, storyboard, and produce engaging video content·
∎ Ensure all videos are edited to the highest standards, with attention to detail in terms of visuals, audio, and graphics·
∎ Manage and organize raw video files and finished products in a structured manner·
∎ Stay updated with the latest video editing software, tools, and trends to ensure content is current and innovative.
∎ Work closely with the social media team to optimize videos for various platforms and audiences.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues related to video production and editing.· Meet tight deadlines while maintaining the quality and integrity of the content.
∎ Provide creative input during the pre-production and production stages to enhance video content.
∎ Follow Ajker Patrika's brand guidelines and editorial policies in all video content produced.
