• Knowledge about efficient Dyeing operations, Dyes and Chemicals, shade matching, Planning and Organizing skills

• Monitor the lab dip processes to ensure proper machine functions, temperature, timing, dozing, machine range, and parameters to match with the swatch card
• Supervise operators and helpers in implementing dyeing policies and SOPs for loading grey fabric and unloading dyed fabric in the dyeing machine
• Prepare recipes as per the Lab guidelines and in consultation with the supervisor for pre-treatment, dyeing and post-treatment to meet the required color
• Monitor required and reorder stocks level of Dyes and Chemicals and inform supervisor for smooth supplies
• Perform shade matching and check quality parameters during online and offline dyeing production to meet the specified buyer’s Primary Light for quality unloading i.e. D65, TL 84, UV, F
• Prepare periodic reports e.g. production report, RFT status, machine breakdown report, etc.
• Ensure safety protocols through the team in the dyeing floor
