∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Buyer wise finish fabrics delivery plan setting from knitting to delivery.
∎ Fabrics delivery follow up as per sewing line plan.
∎ M/c wise dyeing plan follow up to meet on time delivery.
∎ Daily basis update on fast reacts software.
∎ All kind daily report maintains through ERP/Excel sheets.
∎ Responsible to monitor the shift activities of dyeing floor, assign the duties and responsibilities of all in charge, Supervisor on your assigned floor.
∎ To check the parameter of dyeing, programming, cycle time and prepare & check receipt as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To ensure the quality standard as per buyer requirement by standardizing the process and set a SOP for the process & minimize the reprocess of your dyeing floor.
∎ Communicate with Grey Store, Chemical Store, Finishing, Quality Assurance, Laboratory and other concerned department for smooth operation.
∎ Provide full support for new development with quality standard.
∎ Responsible to maintain 5S in your assigned area.
∎ To maintain all related documents & provide regular and periodical report.
∎ To do any other tasks assigned by the authority.
