Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ The incumbent must have similar work experience in any IT product for distribution sales and services.
∎ Candidates who have excellent knowledge of Distribution Sales will be given preference.
∎ Proven experience in distribution sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
∎ Strong knowledge of distribution channel strategies and market dynamics in Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, onboard, and manage distribution partners in alignment with our distribution strategy.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase product distribution and market penetration.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges within the distribution landscape.
∎ Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distribution partners and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of our products and their unique selling points to effectively communicate value propositions to distribution partners.
∎ Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with distribution partners to ensure favorable agreements for both parties.
∎ Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution sales and take corrective actions when necessary.
∎ Ensure delivery of all the IT products according to invoice with challan papers and issues of delivery for any products.
∎ Check, and sign every invoice with challan papers & arrange all the formalities for Delivery.
∎ Prepare Delivered, and undelivered reports & submit them to the Store Department.
∎ Maintaining a general ledger of invoices and supporting concerned persons for market-returned products after raising credit notes.
∎ Work with warehouse and transportation staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ Supervision of Distribution and logistics operations as well as warehouse activity by optimum resources.
∎ Ensuring sales support like order vs. delivery within a committed time frame within the budgeted cost.
∎ Negotiating and agreeing contracts with sales, production, and Distributor/Dealer.
∎ Planning of daily, weekly, and monthly Finished goods stock and delivery.
∎ Day-to-day monitoring of the Dealer’s stock level and ensuring repeat orders according to their requirements.
∎ Correspond with the dealers for selling products and services through physical visits, proposal submissions, and onward negotiation.
∎ Identify and establish partnerships with distributors across different regions of Bangladesh to expand our distribution network. Ability to travel frequently within Bangladesh.
∎ Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with dealers to close the sales deal successfully.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the organization.
∎ Provide a report on target, performance, and justification for business outcome.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities in the sales to distribution channel.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
