Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for smooth plan wise fabric delivery from warehouse to cutting section;
∎ Responsible to coordinate among fabric, store, CAD & cutting floor;
∎ Responsible to avoid down time of production lines due to Cutting;
∎ Responsible for order cutting ratio;
∎ Responsible for fabric relax and laying plan;
∎ Responsible for all process of fabric cutting to avoid cutting fault;
∎ Follow & Implement the cutting plan as the importance of time and shipment schedule;
∎ Strictly ensure all lines input within time frame;
∎ Responsible to fix daily production target;
∎ Responsible for Achieve budgeted OTD;
∎ Responsible to achieve Customer Quality index along with supervisors;
∎ Responsible for Internal process alignment & continuous improvement;
∎ Responsible for TMs Absent, LTO, Leave as per plan;
∎ Follow up the Supervisors Daily routine & their work action;
∎ Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land;
∎ Ensure monthly shift KPI;
∎ Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit;
∎ Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team;
∎ Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement session weekly with the Team members.

∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
