Responsibilities & Context: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service, ensuring efficient service delivery
Lead and mentor the customer service team to maintain high standards of performance
Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions promptly.
Ensure the team meets key performance metrics and service level agreements
Implement best practices to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports on customer service performance and present findings to management.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
Working Period: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Working Days: Saturday - Thursday
