Responsibilities & Context:
Answering customer queries
Providing information about products and services
Processing orders and transactions.
Managing customers orders
Handling customers` complaints
Communicating with customers with various channels
Collecting customers feedback
Attending meetings with the team Lead
Following companies policies and procedures. Any other tasks assigned by the management
Working Period: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Working Days: Saturday - Thursday
Weekend: Friday
