∎ Age 30 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement compliance requirements as per buyer COC & required legal standards.
∎ Identify the non-compliance issues in the factories by conducting an internal audit.
∎ Take the necessary initiative to remedy all non-compliance findings.
∎ Responsible for ensuring a healthy working place and maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene, and environment.
∎ Provide compliance training to the concerned staff and workers.
∎ Prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per buyer requirements.
∎ Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ To face audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, Higg, OCS, RCS, GOTS, etc. for different kinds of buyers.
∎ Attempt to achieve continuous improvement and follow the best practices.
∎ Maintaining and following up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal documents.
∎ Offer and face all First and third parties' Social Compliance / Sustainability audits.
∎ Ensure no Child labor, Discrimination-free working environment, Minimum Wages, etc., at the time of worker recruitment & payment
∎ We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Senior Executive- Compliance" for the Argon Spinning Ltd. located at Nizampur, Fakirabad, Hobiganj Sadar, Hobiganj. the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
