Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check Gate & Security.
∎ Check Production Floor Visit.
∎ Check Physical Inventory (Yarn, Dyes & Chemical, Finished Fabrics, Sample Fabrics & Spare Parts).
∎ Check Fixed Asset (Fire & Safety Equipment, Furniture, Office Equipment, Plant & Machineries).
∎ Monthly Materials Delivery Statement Checking.
∎ Check Physical Inventory (Leftover Yarn & Leftover Fabric).
∎ All Kind of Wastage Inventory.
∎ Check Re-production, Process Loss & Reject Fabric Analysis.
∎ WIP Reconciliation (Work-In-Process Production Report).
∎ Check Order Completion (Denim & Yarn Dyed).
∎ Check Additional Yarn Quantity Approval.
∎ Check of Sample Fabrics with Required Challan, Gate Pass & Marketing Mail.
∎ Check the Old Spare Parts Management.
∎ Check of Gift Fabrics with Required Requisition, Gate Pass & Register.
∎ Surprise visit factory compliance issue (ETL, ADL & ASL).
∎ Collect all kinds of information from the factory and send these to the Head Office Audit person.
∎ Any kind of job as assigned by the management.
