∎ BBA/ MBA in Marketing

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement an appropriate marketing plan for newly assigned and existing products;
∎ Assist yearly sales budget, profit, and loss statement and conduct expected sales forecast for the products;
∎ Prepare and implement a monthly promotional plan as per the promotional budget and monitor the impact of the promotional activities;
∎ Ensure continuous supply and maintain a stock level of the responsible products to all depots;
∎ Prepare and update the costing of the responsible products with the price change of raw materials and other parameters;
∎ Maintain cross-functional communication to ensure smooth operation;
∎ Visit the market for monitoring the competitor's activities and market situation and propose measures to be taken and update the marketing plan accordingly;
∎ Plan and implement ATL &BTL activities such as promotional activities, print advertisements, events, point-of-sales materials marketing, etc.;
∎ To establish and maintain relationships with advertising agencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields. Experience on trade marketing, brand activation will be preferred. Must be able to go on frequent market visits.
