∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

∎ Review payroll management wages, OT, conpensation & benefits, workers welfare expenses & other benefits sheet.
∎ Review factory local purchases, general, labour, entertainment & canteen expenses.
∎ Review own & rent a car fuel, servicing expenses.
∎ Review daily cashbook, ledger & other financial transaction.
∎ Operational process review & reconcile raw materials movement received, issued, consumption & leftover quantity.
∎ Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant policy, guidance note, laws and regulations.
∎ Objectively review on organizations business process, transactions with third parties.
∎ Conduct physical inventory and verify with data.
∎ Maintain required database and present necessary reports.
