Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Compensation and Benefit,Recruitment and Selection,Training and Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HRIS/ HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Performance Management System, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct/coordinate end-to-end recruitment & selection process as per policy & procedure and ensure the right and competent candidate is selected.
∎ Conduct/coordinate orientation & awareness programs for the employees to educate them about morality, integrity, responsibility towards company, company rules and regulation, policy, and procedures.
∎ Looking after employee welfare & employee relations issues and arranging different employee engagement programs and budgets for it.
∎ Maintain relationship with stakeholders (both inside & outside).
∎ Prepare employees' Salary & Wage sheet and ensuring timely salary disbursement, and maintain LFA, employees Tax, and all types of funds and compensation & benefit issues.
∎ Defining Standard Operating Procedure and continuous monitoring Key Performance Indicators of employees' performance as per set benchmark and Perform Yearly Appraisal.
∎ To identify promising & poor performing employees, taking corrective actions and apprise for actions with the coordination of the Training & Organization Development wing.
∎ Conduct/coordinate in Training & Development, Succession Planning, and HR budgeting.
∎ Maintaining and updating records and database of employees' increment, promotion, and transfer.
∎ Maintaining and updating different register as per company policy, submitting a different monthly report to the management & the department head.
∎ Ensure all company policies and procedures are being very thoroughly followed and issue appreciation & warning letters.
∎ Support department head for performing a profitable and business-oriented HR department.
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bengali and English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, E-mail communication, using internet.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
