Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule production process to facilitate uninterrupted production to achieve the target
∎ Set up production lines/machines based on planning, manpower/ material availability
∎ Maintain Liaison with stakeholders to ensure smooth supply of input materials
∎ Meet the delivery schedule and quality requirements
∎ Maintain traceability and workplace organization
∎ Assist in implementing capacity planning from start to end
∎ Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities & materials
∎ Reduce wastage & minimize rework
∎ Responsible for overall administration of the shift
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have experience and in-depth knowledge on cutting, printing, sewing machineries and recycle machine
∎ Ability to identify and experience in risk management
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling
∎ Proven leadership, analytical and problem solving abilities
