Educational Requirements:
∎ Must hold BBA/Bachelor Degree and MBA/Master's Degree in HR or Management or relevant subject from recognized educational institute, with good academic result
∎ Professional Certification: PGDHRM will be considered as an advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and ensure proper cleaning, maintenance and safety and security of office premises
∎ Checking daily attendance and overtime and processing leave application of the employees
∎ Checking and maintaining Attendance, Leave and Overtime of Employees and reporting on daily and monthly basis as necessary
∎ Monitoring distribution and checking stock position of Printing Items and reporting on the same on monthly basis
∎ Staff Bill and Allowances processing as per company policy/procedure
∎ Checking and processing different kinds of Administrative Bills
∎ Assist in recruitment and selection process as necessary
∎ Processing employee Joining, confirmation, performance appraisal and separation related works
∎ Maintaining correspondence with building owner and local authorities to ensure
∎ Check and maintain First Aid Box and Fire Safety System
∎ Coordinating MTOs/Service Staffs/Office Attendants duty/movement
∎ Travel Management Works: VISA Processing, Ticketing and Hotel Reservation
∎ Process VISA/Invitation Letters of the business delegates/clients as per requirements and complete related formalities with due approval of the concerned Authorities
∎ Ensure Admin support for the arrangements of various events of the Company
∎ Checking and maintaining different Administrative Registers as per prescribed format
∎ Preparing Administrative notes and letters
∎ Check and Maintain Stationary and Refreshment Items Inventory and process monthly requisition and approval in an efficient manner
∎ Prepare and process Administrative Budgets as per requirement
∎ Any type of HR and Admin related supports as directed from Dhaka Office
∎ Maintain database of all important phone number, E-mail address and contact address of important persons, organizations
∎ Ensure official vehicle coordination and transport support as necessary
∎ Checking vehicle log book and weekly vehicle reports & coordinate necessary measures accordingly
∎ Processing administrative letters, applications, notes or documents of Khulna Office
∎ Dealing with issuance/renewal process of Company Trade License, Lease Agreements, Vehicles documents and other Admin related documents of Khulna Office
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, HR Operations, Office Management, People Management, Reporting, Documentation etc.
∎ Smart at work
∎ Self-motivated and time oriented
∎ Strong multi-tasking ability
∎ Good proficiency in written and spoken English
∎ Good command over Bangla writing
∎ Should have effective communication and analytical skill
∎ Candidate has to be proactive with reliable working attitude
∎ Well versed in computer operations and good experience in MS Word and Excel
∎ Must be skilled in email communication
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills and ethics
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ APPLICANT HAVING EXPEREINEC IN THE MARITIME OR SHIPPING SECTOR WILL BE PREFFERRED
