Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily production activities and scrutinize & suggest ideas about quality improvement, increased productivity & cost reduction.
∎ Maintained & communicated daily productivity & Compare actual quality with standard set by the management.
∎ Manage, develop & help Ink lab team progression plan towards attend the issues from the cells and control the down time.
∎ Responsible for all technical & operational Issues.
∎ Research on motion study and implementation of the better system to eliminate excess motions.
∎ Research and development for samples prior to production start.
∎ Assist to carry out useful support functions to ensure well development of production schedules and developing required feedback system.
∎ Coordinate testing activities of finished products for characteristics (texture, color, durability, glazing, and refractory properties).
∎ Ensure all requirements (glaze, Frits) and other ceramic raw material related inputs understood to team, to meet Customer requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ Computer proficiency.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people.
∎ Proven leadership, analytical and problem solving abilities.
